5 /5 Mike Logan: Adriana got our family through one of the worst situations possible! Our fathers ex-wife orchestrated a death bed "will" while our father was on morphine and other meds in his last day of life...and she did this while we were on a lunch break from being in the room with our father. He passed away the next day. We had no idea what the ex-wife had done while we were out of the hospital room. It was not until we got a Fed Ex from the ex-wifes attorney a week and a half later that we found out she stole the whole estate from underneath us. Our family consulted with Adriana and she immediately knew that we had been victimized and she took on the daunting task of proving to the courts that the this death bed will was NOT our fathers final wishes for his children. She was energized and had spark which is very rare to see in an attorney - especially when her job is overturning a signed will. It is most definitely an uphill battle and she took it head on. As with any very difficult litigation, it took a while to get to where we ended up...but it is results in the end that matter and she pulled us through all the way. She succeeded in getting us to a successful mediation - so successful that the judge who oversaw the mediation told us had he been hearing the case in court he would have decided the case in our favor on the elevator ride up to the courtroom! After that day administrative rights were stripped away from the ex-wife and awarded to my sister so she could properly distribute the estate - the way it was intended to be. It was a very complicated case, and it did take a while to resolve - but in the end our family ended up with a successful probate and Adriana stuck by us the whole way and saw it through until the last "i" was dotted and the last "t" was crossed!!!! AMAZING! Without her, our lifes would have been way different...and not in a good way. Our father worked hard to leave his legacy behind to his children....and that was achieved. Thank you Adriana for all your hard work!
