Within a very reasonable period of time, he helped us prepare a Living Trust, Certificate of Trust, Pour-Over Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directive, and a Personal Property Memorandum. Along the way he also imparted much highly appreciated advice.
David was an absolute delight to work with, and when going over all the details associated with such a plan, we felt like we were meeting with a good friend as he made the process easily understandable. While working on the Estate Plan, we were also in the process of selling a house, buying a house, and moving. David and his staff went out of their way to ensure the development of our plan didn’t interfere with our real estate transactions.
Speaking of staff, when communicating with Bottomline, we found Juanita and Noah to be extremely helpful, and their assistance made this process both carefree and pleasant. We could not thank them enough for their professionalism and friendly customer service.
