Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I got my wife some diamond stud earrings for our 10 year anniversary, we were able to customize them and make it extra special. She loves them and thinks they are absolutely stunning!
