But when switching over my insurance to this team, it was such a breath of fresh air. I went from Allstate insurance to this group who did a deep dive research on what’s best for me. A true personal touch. Jessica Sturcken who is my representative and her follow through and follow up was top-notch and always had my best interest in mind unlike what happened over with the previous insurance company. My rates were literally cut in half. Thank you Jessica for making us an amazing experience.

To my surprise, we were able to get better coverage for less of a premium than what we were originally paying. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to, and made us feel very comfortable to ask our many questions. She did a great job explaining everything and we left our meeting feeling grateful knowing we now had excellent coverage.

ANYTIME I have ever called or emailed needing information, clarification, last second insurance cards or changes to my policies they have cheerfully helped me out. They thoughtfully call with a birthday wish every year ;) I would dream of switch companies or going anywhere else. And their rates have always been top notch and competitive.
