5 /5 Angel Fabela: Natividad made a stressful situation way less so with his customer service and his ability to relate and make people laugh. Clearly communicates and tries to help and explain where he can. Walked in confused but left rather satisfied as he made the experience way easier than I thought. Will say it was rather expensive for me, but you get what you pay for and Freeway Insurance seems like a company that has your back. Would recommend to friends to check out at least in the future, thanks again!

I shopped around at multiple different agencies and no one seemed to be eager to insure a young driver and definitely can’t match freeway rates. Definitely recommend!
