5 /5 Paula Wirth: I cant say enough good things about Rabin and Summit Defense Criminal Lawyers. He was just the person I needed for my case, was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgable, experienced, and did everything to get me exactly the resolution I needed. Having him on my case made things so much easier and less stressful, I knew I could trust him and rely on him to handle everything. I wish I had hired him much earlier! I highly recommend Rabin and his team.

My family member called for consultation, while she was explaining her case, the lawyer we talked to (didn’t state his name, but one of the attorneys) quickly interrupted her and said to her “you sound young, are you even able to afford a lawyer?” What a shame that this office that prides themselves in “fighting for us” is quick to turn their heads when we are trying to ask for legal help, due to our age. Mind you she is an ADULT. If we would’ve know they needed to see our bank statements to get a CONSULTATION we would’ve provided that but it was confusing since they claim on their website that they “provide free consultations” I didn’t know San Jose actually had these kind of money vulture lawyers, how sad. EDIT: Attached to this review is the number she called on Monday, it matches the phone number on your profile. The 510 area code number is the attorney Rabin Nabizadeh, he contacted her after she talked to reception and gave us his disgusting attitude as well as his disgusting response. Therefore, I have the correct phone number and correct business.
