Michael Weeks This past July I was 69 years old with no criminal record of any kind when I made what I felt was an honest mistake in trespassing onto federal property, and was arrested for a Type A Misdemeanor. A friend in Fresno recommended Marc Days as a defense lawyer with an impeccable reputation, and after a good conversation with Marc on the telephone ( I live 3-4 hours south of Fresno) I retained his services.
