I appreciate being with a financially stable insurance company that I know will go to bat for me if I ever need them. I think State Farm Insurance is seen by some as having higher rates than some of the internet companies. I have not found this to be true. The office staff is great....thanks Nancy for the help!!!! 1 /5 Grass Valley Veterinary Hospital GVVH: Nonexistent service. I needed to change the details of my State Farm policy, and no one ever answered the phone or returned the numerous messages I left. I drove to the location and tried to contact them in person during business hours, but no one was ever there. I finally had to call State Farm headquarters and get my information changed with them, and I also switched my policy to another agent.
