Dr. Denys Crain-Gully Sr. Joshin Bruguera has been my insurance person for 15+ years now and I can honestly say that there arent enough words in the English language proper describe the professionalism and care that Josh has extended toward me over the years. Josh was always responsive. I always felt like I was his only client. We would review my insurance periodically to ensure that I had the "right" coverage and "not" the most expensive coverage. I always appreciated that. Moreover, when I had questions, Josh took the time to answer my questions no matter how far left those questions might be. He was never inconvenienced. When it was clear that I was retiring and relocating out of state Josh continued to answer my questions and reviewed the coverage I was getting (still State Farm), who does that. Josh set a HIGH bar and if state laws did restrict insurance persons licenses state-by-state Josh would still be my guy!

Deborah Jeff provided me with information and guidance as I made changes to my account after selling a property, keeping another property insured and moving my auto insurance into that account to keep the “Bundle” discount. Overall, I had many questions and he was patient in answering and managed to answer in a language that I could understand. No small feat!
