Miriam Cisneros After I had a bad experience at a different Wells Fargo branch I decided to come in this branch and get my issue resolved, the other branch person was really rude and condescending told me I needed an appointment, my schedule is really tight so I could only do it that day, when I walked in I told them the situation and Zachary help me right away and got the issue resolved in about 5 minutes.

We managed to be through escrow within a few weeks and all through the process we had questions answered quickly. The closing day was a breeze and the staff was there for us in every way. We highly recommend this Fidelity office and are grateful to Denise LaHa and her team for putting up with our jitters and questions.
