Paige Simmons My finance came across this shop to pawn off some old jewelry for a new ring for when we get married. We had a family heirloom marriage band that we need a diamond to fit . We went to all major ring shops and jewelry stores with non of them being able to accommodate this set we had. Mid valley pawn took a look and the owner suggested he talked to his guy. Upon waiting they in fact able to find me the diamond I wanted and customized the set to fit perfectly! Im so happy that we chose this shop bc they made my dreams come true. Thankyou for being such a great staff your are all a great time. 20/10 service , highly recommended!

Ashley Goehring I Really like the service they provided.. There was a new teller at the desk that greeted me all friendly like and made me feel very welcome and then Brittany her coworker/manager ? Anyway they both were super nice and friendly, the best part that is not where the great service ended. My Teller was actually a younger gentleman very kind and was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process as I am 23 and new at learning about being an adult and where to start when it comes to financial responsibility. Thank you all for your kind attitude!!! AMAZING
