2 /5 mexicanstunts: Insurance is good. But I don’t know why they have office hours 9 to 6pm if no one is there. I’ve gone multiple times and more than half the times no one is there and there is sign on door that says “be back in 2 hours” or it will be Thursday at 3pm and there’s a sign that says “be back Monday” like what’s point of office hours?

5 /5 Aimee S.: I, like so many others, lost my home in Paradise in the Camp Fire. When my husband and I finally found another amazing home in Magalia we wanted to buy, I had a very hard time finding adequate homeowners insurance policies. I spent 2 weeks calling various brokers and agencies trying to get a decent policy (I wasnt about to take my chances with the Cal-Fair Policy). I came across Sonias Facebook post on the Camp Fire Page and decided to give them a call. BEST decision ever! Marina and Sonia were absolutely amazing. After dealing with my previous homeowners insurer and realizing that I hadnt made sure we were fully covered on our last policy, I knew this time around I needed to be sure the limits and coverages on the new policy would protect our assets. Marina spent a lot of time making the necessary adjustments to our policy and was very conscientious of my situation and needs, and worked very hard to get us what we needed. She managed to get us a very good North Light policy along with a great umbrella policy that gave us the added protection I wanted. She did such an amazing job with our homeowners policy, I moved over my auto insurance and liability policy on our burned lot to Allstate as well. These are some amazing people who truly care about their customers and do whatever they can to make sure their customers are well protected! Thank you Marina and Sonia for helping us get our lives back after the fire!!

5 /5 Rachel Seifert: I just bought a new car and knew I had to go through Sonias Allstate agency because she is such a kind and trustworthy person. I typically get overwhelmed when researching insurances and this was not at all the case this time. Sonia went above and beyond to get me the best price possible and to meet my many needs for both auto and renters insurance. It feels great to know I can trust my agent to always act in my best interest and to treat me with patience and kindness. I feel confident in the plans we selected and can tell how much she truly cares about her clients. I dont even live in Chico anymore, but I knew I wanted an insurance agency that I could rely on. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Tyler Sassatelli: Not sure why Sonia thinks that sending people mail with photos of their home on the front of the letter would be a good marketing tactic. By far the sleaziest marketing I’ve ever seen. I would never do business with someone like Sonia Aery after seeing the scare tactics they use in their marketing effort to get your attention. Despicable. EDIT - The letter also shows that you have 5.0 stars on Google Reviews which I’m just noticing is a flat out lie. Looks like 3.6 stars to me. What a joke.
