Home insurance, family health insurance, Business liability and workers comp policies - Riskguard have got me covered in all of them. And its really a pleasure to still see a family run operation thriving in SF these days. Geoff, Christine, Kelson and the whole Riskguard team are all absolutely amazingly helpful. I really enjoy working with them, because not only do offer excellent customer service (they shop around to get their clients the best possible coverage at the best possible pricing) - they actually go above and beyond and make my family feel like part of their family. They pick up the phone (what a novel concept!) and answer your questions right away, they will call or email your insurance carrier on your behalf if you have any issues - the team are just incredibly helpful. Its a side of business that sadly is lacking from many companies these days. Alexei Kuchinsky I am very please with the service and pricing I have received from Slavsky Insurance Agency. I called many companies that advertise a ton on TV, radio, internet hoping on getting a better rate on my auto insurance. As a matter of fact, I had insurance with one of the biggest and well known insurance company at that time and simply called Slavsky because one of my colleges suggested to try them. I loved the fact that I actually learned something important- I did not have proper insurance coverage. And yes, I, as every other person, was shopping for the best price, but all other agents at those huge insurance companies never advised of the risk I take with my “cheap price”. He never explained to me what all the numbers meant the way agent at Slavsky did. Thank you for that. Very pleased.
