5 /5 Echo Bush: It was amazing! We went in for a wedding band to match my existing ring and came out with more. They helped me pick a perfect match not pushing for a higher priced item. The staff is great. I felt welcome in my T-shirt and leggings. They were very sweet to my little one. I will be back. They got a lifetime customer from me. 10/10

5 /5 Dr Juls: We have been sole Shane customers for over 30 years. My husband ALWAYS buys my jewelry from them. Whenever there is an issue with a piece, they take care of it. They always honor their warranty. Today, John was very attentive and took my ring to replace a lost stone. The staff and jewelers ALWAYS treat their customers pleasantly, professionally, and make the experience a good one. Well never go anywhere else.

5 /5 Jo Li: Ive been engagement ring shopping at so many different jewelers for the past few months and I have never received the same patience as I did with my experience with Shane Co. My boyfriend and I grew up listening to the radio ads for Shane Co, so we knew the ad by heart - we would always joke about it, so I had low expectations. Boy, was I wrong. Eric from Shane Co was amazing!!! I spent 2 hours with him without an appointment. I only checked my watch when we were about to make the purchase. He was so patient and did not pressure me on time or to buy anything. He was attentive to my input and helped me find my dream engagement ring. At other jewelers, they would pressure me right at the 30 minute mark. When they realize I need a longer time to decide, they would not be helpful anymore. Thank you, Eric for providing me and my boyfriend such an amazing experience at Shane Co!!! If you want to work with someone who is willing to take the time to help you find your dream engagement ring, I definitely recommend working with Eric.

She allowed me to try on many different shapes and bands so I could get a good idea of what I like. She also cleaned one of my rings for me during our visit and it looks brand new!
