Kimberli Coons Great customer service and super fast turn around. I was a little worried ordering through the mail but it was much better than I could have expected! I did mess up on my first mold and just went to the local jewelry shop and paid them $60 to make a mold instead of keep trying, it was definitely worth it.

Sabrina Richter I loved spending time in this unique shop! Stepping into the space, I was instantly relaxed with the light scent of incense and the thoughtful displays. The jewelry and art was very original, and the owner was sweet and fun to talk to. It was cool watching her work on a new piece of art and I ended up buying some beautiful earrings for a new friend, and a playful necklace for myself.

Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

Amia Lou Have been coming to banter for years! Love their stuff and the insurance! I love the dainty look so of course accidents happen but it’s always super easy to go get a new piece and I love that it’s NEW and I don’t have to wait around for a repair!
