2 /5 Leonard Smith: This review is about 2 things: Shahes team and the Allstate online system.
First, Pat and Fili in Shahes office always do their best, promptly, to tailor my policies to my needs.
Second, Allstates online and phone platform is a nightmare. I can never get my Pasadena agent. I am always routed to a call center in Vermont. When I finally get a live person, the answer is "Well leave Somer a message" (shes the customer service agent assigned to my area, apparently). Well, Somer never gets the message. After a week and multiple calls and emails, Somer heard about my needs and called me. She and I both had trouble retrieving my insurance data, and the bots assigned to help, didnt. Bottom line: Somer and Pat finally completed my policy on the phone.
In other words, a "5" for Pat and Somer and a "0"
for Allstates "system". Thus, the "2" average.
Fix it, or Allstate will lose thousands of customers.
