5 /5 2005JESSMONA: My husband and I came to the Serrato law firm at a time when we felt so defeated. My husband and I already had been through a rough time with a different attorney, who just took all our money and did nothing with our case and on top of that he was asking for more money because of my husband’s DUI, which had occurred 10 plus years prior, understandably when we decided to find a new attorney we were scared and financially exhausted but the Serrato law firm not only took our case on but also worked out a payment plan for our retainer fee. The firm immediately started working on our case and both Fabian and his team reassured us that they were going to do everything in their power to help us and that everything would definitely be different with them. Within 2 months of them taking our case on we heard back from USCIS , things were definitely different. Lilly (Liliana) Gonzales was assigned to our case, she was amazing and every time we called with a question, even if it was the same question we had asked many times before she would answer it. Lilly (Liliana) always returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner. When we went to Juarez, we were confident and more than prepared. We were reassured that everything would be OK and we would get our approval we believed in our team who up until now, had not let us down. Lilly (Liliana) Gonzales prepared my husband‘s immigration packet, and there was not one document out of place, everything that Liliana put in the immigration packet to be turned in at NVC was received and kept. My husband was not asked for any further documentation on the day of his interview 4/3/24. Lilly (Liliana) went over all the documents prior to handing it over to us but also suggested that we should review the packet before my husband‘s interview at NVC on 4/3/24 and we did just that. It fits to mention that others who were represented by a completely different law firm but also attended interviews on the same day as my husband were not as lucky as him do to the fact that they were under prepared by their attorneys and did not review their documents prior to their interviews at NVC , but the Serrato law firm did everything in their power before we left for Juarez, including a mock interview with my husband and the attorney to make sure that he knew exactly what the interview would consist of. This is just a small list of reasons why I would recommend both the Serrato law firm and Lilly (Liliana) so, if your looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hard working firm that you can count on, I would say to you; the Serrato law firm and Lilly (Liliana) Gonzales are the best to work with and you will not be disappointed, they are AMAZING!!! And definitely stay on their A GAME!
