We had a meeting where they clearly outlined the entire SSDI application process including the pros and cons. I immediately provided their office with all of the medical and employment history documentation that they requested. During the process, their team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. In mid-July 2025, I was approved with full benefits. Advice: Provide their office with ALL of the documentation that they request from you as quickly as possible. Help them to help you. 1 /5 Jennifer: This team is horrible they do not do ther job and have let my family go homeless dur to their lack of action. Do not trust this lawfirm. She is trying to drop me as a client because I have complained about her lack of action. She sent me a letter stating she will be taking my money and not completing the job. I still have not gotten paid my social security money. I never waived my right to my attorney she us lying and trying to drop me as a client because Im making her do her job and filling complaints against her work ethic. Her office is abusing me and making me sicker and she still has nit gotten me paid she us evil. In their response they claim its social security fault. Its not they have faught fir my back pay and they did not inform me I would not be getting paid. Its far as verbal abuse they are lying. I have requested to record the calk and Soladad refused to allow the call to be recorded. If they were being abused why did they refuse me the right to record the call. Do not trust these lawyers. See for your self. Ask to record the conversation and Solada gets very abusive. The positive reviews must be fakes. Melissa and her team quit on me and wants to take my money. She is lazy, in her letters to me she claims she is quitting because of my negative reviews regarding her staff and her services. Watch out for the scamming agency. I will be suing Melissa for malpractice. Her office said they will only continue to represent me of I take down my negative reviews. No chance lady! See you I court.
