We live in San Luis Obispo California and I knew that I wanted an attorney that was local so I got online and that’s when I found Bo Katzakian. So I called and I told them what was going on and what happened to me at my job. Then I got a call from Cesar Silva and we talked and I explained to him what was going on and he told me they he would take my case. Best phone call that I’ve ever made! Cesar has been very patient with me and he explained to me what to expect….to be patient….and do what WC asked of me. Cesar was a God send to me because it’s been over three and a half years and my case got settled today! Cesar and his right-hand man….Francisco was on top of everything. and even though there were times when I felt like WC had me jumping through hoops and to me it seemed like they wanted me to quit… Cesar always talked to me and explained why they were wanting so much and not to give up hope and that we were on this journey together. Cesar always answered my questions and believe me……I had a lot of them. I would recommend Cesar Silva to anyone that’s going through this because he has the knowledge and experience to get you though this part of YOUR journey. I want to say…. Thank you Cesar and because of you I’m in a better place. I still have pain but mentally I’m in a much better place!

5 /5 Randall Bradford: If you were injured at work, trust me, you need an attorney! I learned that I was too trusting of the insurance and doctor and wish I had an attorney from the beginning. The law and the system are so very complex, especially in California. Without an attorney, you are literally flying blind and surrounded by potential pitfalls. You need to know your rights and the process. Fortunately, I found Bo Katzakian and he and his office saved the day. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable Bo and his office are. Im grateful and feel blessed to have him on my side through this journey. I began to receive the medical care Id been needing since my injury 08/04/2011 !!! Like I read about Bo, he is good, very professional and a "go getter" as well as very attentive. On many occasions he answered the phone himself, when he couldnt, his office staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional, made me feel at ease when I didnt know what was going on they explained the whole process. He helped me through the mounds of paperwork I received for my workers comp claim and always returned my calls or emails. His office staff is courteous and organized. If not for Bo I would have given up my claim. He made a frustrating situation bearable and I always felt he had MY best interest at heart.
