After the initial consultation they guided me through my interactions with my employer, even though they hadnt even been retained yet. There were times I struggled emotionally, and they were both incredibly caring and empathetic. I have referred people to them several times since and would retain them again in a heartbeat, were I to need similar services again. I recommend them completely!
