I actually had a difficult case as I was working for the government using my personal vehicle when the accident occurred. Since, it happened on private property and it was a personal party’s fault, I could not be seen for my medical needs under workman’s comp. This held up some of my medical care. Once I contacted my lawyers’ office about my issues getting medical care started, Mr. Gonsalves was very supportive and responsive to my needs. Fortunately, AG Law was able to refer me to doctors who could get me seen under a lien agreement (I’m not clear on all the technical terms). My settlement was more than reasonable on top of my medical bills being handled. I highly recommend AG Law. Whatever you do, don’t speak to the other party’s insurance before you consult with a lawyer. I was referred by another firm who thought my case wouldn’t be worth anything, well they were wrong and I am so glad they referred me to AG Law. I give them a 10/10!

John Starrett I have been exceedingly unsatisfied with the "services" offered from Dinan and Associates. On many occasions they have failed to communicate the matters of my case with me. My repeated attempts to contact their office always must first be funneled through their answering service. While the answering service personnel are polite and professional, it often takes as long as 10 minutes just to get the offices voicemail box. As far as the law firm itself goes, they never call me to communicate whats even going on. For a service Im paying $100/hour for I would expect, at minimum, a courtesy call from time to time. In the end, being entirely off put by poor office management, I ended up requesting a full refund of my retainer. Of course, I have been promised said refund would be posted by a certain day, it has failed to be delivered as stated. This office is great at telling you exactly what you want to hear, and fail to deliver an anything at all. If your attorney shopping, I advice you pass this one over and find more reputable and respected legal representation.
