Brandon Henry Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process Ive never had to, nor wanted to experience. Ive never felted like Ive asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. Ive sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day. Heck, I drove to their Jackson, Ca office, while I was visiting from my home state, just so I could see the faces of those whove helped me along this journey.
