Mark Cheong Michelle is the best!! Extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I initially had an issue because the rep I created a policy with (later ended up relocating to another branch) accidentally gave me a 6 month policy rather than the year I wanted. When I called them Michelle totally understood w no fuss and gave me the year policy on the spot over the phone.
