Gerald Allgood Not happy with personal homeowners service and turnaround time. Did not get that friendly feel when dealing with staff. Moved my policy elsewhere for ease of service through another local agency.

Michelle Sayada Clay is thorough and professional. He basically grew up in the industry and has excellent communication and customer service "savoir faire" FOR SURE!!!! I normally would not recommend just any insurance carrier; considering the recent news with regard to insurance leaving California altogether. But, I have to say that there is a level of understanding that this firm maintains. There is MUCH ADO ABOUT SOMETHING going on and that is PRECICELY WHY you should consider Farmers Insurance and the Ken Correa Insurance Agency.... they consider all angles; especially the propertys location, cause and effect, anticipated possibilities, and the reality of the probability is just more likely than not, that nature is very predictable these days and its worth every penny when it comes to sleeping at night without worry. Pete Michael was patient with me and gave me the information I needed. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I never felt pressured, he didnt over contact me. I wasnt ready when he gave me the quote. I didnt get coverage until 2 months later. He was GREAT . i definitely would recommend him and Pike Insurance.!!
