5 /5 Deborah Perry: As a small business owner with less than 5 employees, I needed help offering insurance benefits for my staff. Ross has been AMAZING! He found affordable coverage options, helped get it all set up & he meets with any of my new employees in addition to being available for any questions we may have. During some staff turnover it came to light that I had been paying insurance premiums for an employee who hadnt worked for me in almost 2 years! Totally my fault, but Ross took the initiative to help get a majority of those premiums refunded to me. Again, were a small office with only two employees actually using the insurance benefits, so Im sure were not a huge source of revenue for Ross, but his customer service for us is stellar as if we were a huge client. Highly recommend!
