Sunny Sun I had a consultation with Mr. Chiao yesterday regarding some issues that I had with HOA and property management. Mr. Chiao had a very detailed break down to answer all my questions and concerns based on California Law and CC&Rs. I highly suggest this law firm even if you just want to go through CC&Rs before you make property purchase in a condominium community. This law firm tells you the pros and cons based on your individual situation. They don’t pressure you to file a lawsuit unless it’s necessary. I would definitely refer my friends to this law firm if they had any real estate related legal issues.
