1 /5 Wendy Wang: I have been with them since Dec 9, less than 2 weeks. I only want to have car insurance. the agent working with him( Paul) first name he also charge me house furniture, or something else for insurance. I told him I do not own house, my landlord offered me furniture. he still try to get me insurance. they just want to grab my money. The young agent when he found me online and told the car insurance is different than they take away from my credit card.

1 /5 A Z: Rick and his team did not tell me the truth and made a mistake on my policy and it was cancelled. It then went to collections which nobody notified I had a balance. I would not do business with this team. They do not look out for your best interest per my experience.

1 /5 RJ Smith: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My family and In have been with Allstate Insurance and Rick Costa for 20+ years. During that time we have always paid our premiums onetime. We had zero claims until February 2017 when the rain damaged our home. When we contacted Rick for help he did nothing for us. They never paid the claim and they never provided any kind of help. I had a difficult time just reaching Rick as he maybe retired or something. I highly recommend you find a different insurance broker. This one is about as bad as it gets. Also, the two of the three positive comments are 7 days apart. Looks like they stacked the comment since the suck so bad.
