Bailey Dante Victor was very patient and conscientious! He was super nice and explained the whole process. He even took the time to reweld my bracelet when he noticed that it wasn’t as strong as he’d like. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience!

Ted and Morgan are very welcoming and passionate about providing great service, building genuine connections with clients, and incredibly knowledgeable. Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in. I had a necklace and bracelet about a year and half ago, went in today to get my bracelet repaired and eneded up also getting the cutest rings for me and my daughter. Lexie is the absolute sweetest! Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly!
