Ryan Craig is the one that answers our calls not sure if I have him on speed dial or just hows it happens. Ryan has been there for some time now and answer every question me or my wife may have. Quick with responses in any communication you need text, email or call backs. We are very lucky to have found a great agent and staff, hoping to be their clients for years to come.

They really take the time to understand who we are as a family and as our life events change, they offer suggestions to policy coverages based on our needs without any pressure. Even as years pass, we get a friendly email or call from Rena to check in on how we are doing. Ryan Craig has always been super responsive and is extremely quick to turnaround any of my requests. 5 /5 Susanto Lee: Ryan was very helpful with what I needed to do with my account today. But then again, I always get outstanding customer service every time I call Rena MacDonalds office. During regular business hours, I dont remember my phone ringing more than two times every time I call. And Ryan always follows through on things I need. Ive been a satisfied customer of this office for almost 19 years, which is why I feel guilty about filling out this survey only for the first time.
