5 /5 Kameron Fernandez: Ramon Fernandez and his team are incredible to work with. They take the time to explain any questions you may have, and you can speak to anyone in the office and get a great answer. They do a phenomenal job at explaining anything you may be confused on, and they truly show they care for you as they set apart the time to help regardless of the question. I have had the pleasure of speaking with not only Ramon but also Tracy and Tina both, and every experience has been a great one with any questions being addressed. Truly outstanding work from this team and agent!

1 /5 Bao Lo: Service is so poor. I called about 3 times in the middle of the afternoon and no one answered my call. I left a message saying I need help and no one is answering my call in their office. Still no return call. Then I decided to switch my agent and their office calls right away to keep my business. PLEASE!! I pay you good money for you to do your damn job!! I would advise anyone to go to someone else or some other company because of their incompetency and laziness. Never in my life have I had to deal with such a poor insurance agent. Also, with my premium raising because of the new CA law there was no communication from this office. The new bill came and I had no explanation and tried to get an answer from this office and I had to deal with their incompetency, wasting my entire day!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. I wish i could give no or negative stars for this review :(
