Donna Fries I am so impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of this agency. My husband and I have had policies with them for 31 years. Lupe Ortiz has been especially helpful with my questions and concerns. What she couldnt answer, she made sure Mr. Perez had our information and contacted us promptly. We were so impressed with Lupes follow thru that I sent her a thank you by text. Even though we live 3000 miles away, we still get "neighborhood" service. How awesome is that!!!
