Veira, Yuri Ogawa, Randy Hayes The Johnson Group, David Butler, Melinda Snyder, Travis Smith, Damian Johnson, David Johnson, John Glen, Edward Contrekas, Mia Nyugen, Cherie Wright, The Law Offices of Richard A Miller & Associates, Karen Hanemoto, The Law Offices of Robert W. Cohen, Samantha Rose Warner, Linda Poma, Justin A Miller, all bad ppl and I hope I can prosecute them all soon for ruining our family by financially crippling us. Cant forget Keybank,N.A., and Bank of America, and JP Morgan & Chase, and Smith & Barney. Thanx for being a part of the financial crisis!

Cary Jiang UPDATE: AVOID THIS "BANK" AT ALL COSTS. They keep your money in transfer for days to get free interests, in complete disregard for the inconvenience and financial damages it may cause you or the recipient, I submitted an international wire transfer. Called to confirm all the details. However the transfer has not gone through after more than a week despite their app saying "completed". The branch says they are unable to check the status so Ill have to call their customer service. Customer service says its still in "clearing" - havent even left the US yet. They have no set date for the completion. I ask to cancel the transfer. They agreed but then told me that it will take at least two days for them to review the cancellation request - and the reversal may or may not succeed!! According to them, I may also receive less than the original amount because of currency rate fluctuations, so they are essentially charging me the bid-ask spread for money they sat on for days. I am filing a complaint to CFPB and OCC. -- The branch and relationship manager is fine. HOWEVER for a simple transaction - be prepared to spend hours on the phone talking to their customer service center in India and their broken phone app.

Melissa S Polam Federal Credit Union has saved me many, many times; and, I’m not even a member! My credit union is based in Southern California. Many of the CUs here have stopped providing services such as cashier’s checks. Thankfully, Polam is not one of them. The gals who assist me are always so kind and patient.
