Art Preusser After many years of banking with big institutions, I switched to RCU when they opened a branch in Lake County, where I live. I have their credit card, re-fied two auto loans with them and free checking. Its been a year and a half since I switched and I could not be happier with the service, unbeatable rates, the terms and the trust they have shown me. Also, a super-friendly staff that have the authority to actually help me instead of referring me to call 1-800-I-hate-my-bank-offshore-call-center, and a sparkling clean facility.

Marie Basinger Run dont walk... Run as fast as you can away from this company. I invested most of my money into supposedly conservative investments. These people do not know what Conservative means. Every bit of advice was incorrect. I counted on them and when they got all that they could and there was nothing left (or they think there was nothing left) they stopped communicating. Yes every time I had a concern about how my money was doing or I questioned if it were really safe they would come back with high pressure rhetoric and I would just get disgusted and say forget it. Well, I finally took what I could out of their "incapable hands" and the rest I just consider a loss. Even in the downswing of this economy they kept telling me to leave it it in and that it was the best time to invest. Maybe for them. I prefer taking care of my own money in the future and because of this company I will never trust another Financial Adviser as long as I live

Kenneth Henry Jimmy is a great agent and has helped me with my business at every turn when it comes to insurance advise and what I need to expect down the road. We have been working on getting workers compensation for over 6 months and he has found programs left and right for me. Emely Hagins I love this credit union. The employee are great and very personable. When we moved here to Antioch in 1995 my husband got a job with the school district. Many of his coworkers told him he should join, so we did. Our children, at the time in grade school each had an account and received scottie bucks for saving. They loved it and still have accounts there today! Weve had the pleasure of obtaining, auto loans, signature loans, refinancing, and a home loan via their associates. All at amazing rates. All the folks at their Lonetree office are so nice! Margie is fantastic!!

Gina Kilmer We were looking for a truck and had heard wonderful things about Thompsons dealership in placerville. We spoke to Matt and he asked all the right questions to find out specifically what we were looking for. We thought that we were going to have to design it, and order it, in order to get exactly what we wanted which would take much longer. But Matt went right to work and found the truck we wanted at another dealership and was able to acquire it for us. When we went in to pick up the vehicle everything went extremely smoothly. Miguel in finance was great and made things so simple. Everyone there was so friendly, even down to the young man moving vehicles in the lot. I dont think we could have had a better experience and would not hesitate to work with them again.
