R. J. Ramirez I was contacted by Best Financial Capital from my request on Lending Tree. I worked with Kevin Nguyen who secured me the best rate for a HELOC and worked with me throughout the whole application process and made sure I was aware of all the steps and the required documentation. Kevin was completely transparent with the information needed through the whole process. There were a coupled of minor snags but Kevin worked through them to get me the rate and amount he quoted me at the beginning. Kevin Wong After stringing me along for 4-5 months, they sent a poorly worded email stating that the LOCKED RATE is too far from the current market rate. I had to chase them down every 2-3 days for them to sat that “it will be closed in 2 weeks”. Liars and frauds. Please go elsewhere to save your efforts.
