Robert Gonzalez [Raymond Lopez has moved to LPL - I thought I should update this - I cant figure out how to remove it] I have to admit I was really impressed. I didnt believe an investment advisor could show me what to do that was really in my best interest, but Ray makes sure that he does. I also didnt know that financially complex ideas could be explained that easily for me to understand. I am glad I made that appointment.

Hannah Grace Alyssa went above and beyond to help me even after I had left the location. She resolved my issue and called me to let me know after I had left. I couldn’t believe it, as I have never had such a great customer service experience before. She persisted in helping me after many times of telling her that it was fine.
