Long Family Would not recommend this bank for personal or business use!! Since opening this account nothing has gone smoothly. I couldnt even activate the card they sent me in the mail! Today my atm card was swallowed by an atm machine. Took over an hour to get a human on the phone and this required calling all four of their numbers. The only good thing they have going for them is the bank manager at the Center St location. Dont open an account here, save yourself now and check out other credit unions.

Richard P Earliine is pretty awesome! Shes got a great personality AND she got me a whole bunch back on my taxes. She worked really closely with my bookkeeper (Kathy Reis Bookkeeping) too which was really nice. I honestly am not sure what a CPA should run, but for what she got me back, it was worth every penny... I got back 4x MORE than what she charged me!

Francesso Olivia I was there to get an award letter had to wait over an hour took 5 minutes to get the letter should make it easier to get online or workers should return a call I called for 5 days and never received a callback
