Will literally take a lunch brake in the middle of helping you so you have to be there all day Somali sure you clear your schedule

1 /5 Monse Gutierrez: Horrible wait time with low amount of people waiting, there will be approximately 4 to 5 tellers and only one calling numbers to help people out. 45 minutes wait times with only 5 people in the waiting room is insane. Something as simple as getting a temporary medical card really took almost an hour to process when before it use to be a quick phone call and pick up at window when arriving.

I left crying from the room left the facility because she was just yelling at me the whole time I was in there it made me feel like I was worthless. It was in room 21. She shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t like her job, she’s there to help people not to make them feel worthless.
