1 /5 Wendell Kelley: I am filing this complaint against onemain financial due to the I was taken advantage of from the time this loan started I have filed complaint directly with them and that was no help. Form the time of the loan post covid was was taken advantage of just to receive the loan I was not told when I applied that I need to use my car and that my rate would not change but a little even with a good pay record of the years especially with covid and also with losing my job and as of late the Eton fires I was not granted any help please the local office help was very bad and at times had to use words. Plus that office goes though different people like water. Once again I talked someone at some main office and that was no help. I am done with them FINIALLY AND YES I WANT SOME OF MY.MONEY BACK AND A LAWYER WILL BE SOMETHING Looked into.

1 /5 Pablo DLC: Their customer service really feels like the Sopranos are after you to collect payment even when your payment is already scheduled. The amount the staff mention on their call contradict the amount due on the website. Valeria in particular harasses by calling all day even after a payment has already been submitted once its late, pressuring you on the phone to schedule next months payment ahead of time, which is ILLEGAL. Im deeply unsatisfied and cant wait to hear her excuse of an explanation and hear her backtrack on her statements multiple times as I have her recorded doing so.

5 /5 Leslei Va: I went to apply for a loan, and if it wasnt for Yesenias professionalism and knowledge I would have gone else where. She explained everything to me In detail and went over all my options thoroughly. I highly recommend working with her and hope she stays as a manager there as it seems their managers always rotate. She is the reason I gave this office a try.
