Sandra I have never been treated so badly at bank that I left in tears. My experience at this branch was awful. The tellers were rude. The manager was rude. Im in disbelief that the manager of a bank would be so rude and nasty. Im not going to go into detail about my whole experience but I will say that I will never step for in this branch again. I left this branch with tears streaming down my face.

Courtney Tauscher Shalise and her team were knowledgeable, kept me well informed and were quick to respond to any inquiry. I have used Shalise and her team before and will again based on my experiences.
