Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Antioch (CA)

1 /5 Sandra: I have never been treated so badly at bank that I left in tears. My experience at this branch was awful. The tellers were rude. The manager was rude. Im in disbelief that the manager of a bank would be so rude and nasty. Im not going to go into detail about my whole experience but I will say that I will never step for in this branch again. I left this branch with tears streaming down my face.

1 /5 Shay Black: They have no regards of the people . They only have 1 teller working at the window waited over 45 mins just too get a money order too pay rent . Than when you ask they rude . LAST TIME COMING HERE GIVE IT 0.0 STAR

1 /5 Ant Banks: This is the worst BofA that I have ever been to. The branch manager had one person as a banker and only 2 tellers while there were 4 managers in the background just sitting down at their desks talking to each other and laughing and telling stories. There was a line that went all the way out side of the parking lot. These managers do not know how to be servant leaders. Instead they think that their job is to just stand around and look pretty. 2 of the 4 managers should have been helping as tellers and the other 2 managers should have been on standby for customer issues or operational issues instead of sitting at there desks having a good old time doing nothing. I will not be going back to that branch again.

1 /5 Samantha Viramontes: The manager Florenda Bucannan needs a lesson in customer service. Her tellers ask her questions that she can’t answer. Was told to call customer service for an issue that can not be resolved over the phone. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service from the manager.

1 /5 Susan F: Worst service ever!!! Carolyn is cold and condescending. Need an appt to speak to anyone and their reservation system is broken. No other way to make an appt. When Carolyn was told of this she said we had to use the online system which she knows is broken. Then gave us the bum’s rush. If my parents hadn’t been banking there for 70 years I’d be out.
