Fatima who spoke with my partner on the phone asking about the recent payback, owing on our account, along with asking about auto pay. Fatima was able to answer each question to provide us with the best care for us. It truly is always a pleasure speaking with her she practically knows us when calling and makes us feel like we’re really in good hands, again she’s amazing and a great asset Allstate.
