L.A. Dave Went in for passport photos. Took a total of 10 minutes in and out and less than $11 including tax. I’ve handled registration issues, auto insurance etc. everything is always professional. I appreciate this service rather than having g to go to the DMV! Lots of parking at the Vista location for handicap and regular customers. All services went well even during the remodeling in July 2025.

Camille Runnels The level of service is truly extraordinary! Not only is Jason very knowledgeable about the best option for my needs, but I trust his ability to do what is right for me and my family. Jason is always available to review policies, questions, etc. Jason went above and beyond to find us a policy that would cover our needs. I had received other quotes and Jason was able to review them and make adjustments based on our needs (adding/reducing, etc.). He worked diligently to get quotes from several different companies which I appreciated immensely. As previously mentioned, Jason makes me feel comfortable I have the insurance needs necessary to be alright should something catastrophic happen. I do not worry about my insurance needs because I know Jason would never steer me in the wrong direction. He is genuinely invested in each of his customers and I would recommend him to anyone.

Jimmy Sliwicki I just would love people to know in this day and age who ever heard the customer care comes first. I just want to say this Farmers in Alpine looks after you and your best interest. I recently moved out of Alpine to a new state and didn’t realize my insurance was paid by my escrow company. As with all the confusion and closing costs I missed it. But Randy contacted me and by the way am no longer a customer in my new state, that my escrow company paid and I am due a refund check. Hello what a great surprise, he didn’t have to do that because I’m no longer a customer. But these guys are here to really help the people of East County and I highly recommend anyone looking to insure anything they hold of value. Please consider them I will forever be grateful. Mms I have been with Kory Robertson, State Farm, for over 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional. It’s nice to know they have a local office and I can talk to them in-person vs waiting on hold for an anonymous representative who may or may not give me accurate information. State Farm itself has also been been great to work with and I have been with them over 20 years for all my insurance needs and even a car loan!
