I was especially thankful Norma was there when it came to changing from one Medicare Part D plan to another. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Niblack. 5 /5 Angela Stanley: My husband and I have been using Niblack insurance as our insurance carriers for the last 10 years. When we bought a house, we added the information and it was no big deal. We added another house, and again, taken care of with no long phone calls or wait times. They offer to process payments if you forget to pay on time, and they are all very friendly every time you go into their office. The fact that they are all related adds to the feeling of being welcome. Anytime anyone asks me who I use for insurance I tell them Niblack Insurance and will stay with them forever! :)

1 /5 pdq: Either Niblack or Safeco canceled a landlord policy with absolutely no notice at all. It sounds like they made a mistake and wrote the wrong type of policy, but refused to write another policy even though there were no claims with their office. Additionally they and/or Safeco mislead us as to the premium due date. However, the policy was not canceled due to non-payment nor anything actionable on our part.
