I’m grateful that he chose Gary Arch with BMR Insurance to take over his clientele. Gary has superseded my expectations in every way. He reached out to make a personal introduction, took the time to listen and understand my business and its insurance needs, worked hard to give me several different insurance coverage options, and was always prompt to reply to my questions by email. Norman Lai I have three home owner insurance policies with Tina Vu StateFarm for over 15 years. Recently I visited their office and talked to Anh to review my policies to make sure my houses are fully covered in case of wildfire incidents. Anh go through the items in my policies and assured me that my houses are fully covered. She answered any questions that I have. Anh is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for insurance.

Alex Perry Pulled over near the light on East Santa Clara and 5th, just blocks from San Jose State — I thought it was just expired tags. Turns out I didn’t have valid insurance and I didn’t even realize that could trigger a whole SR22 situation. First car, first time being this deep into adult stuff, and I was shook. I walked into SLPE two days later still a little embarrassed, but the lady up front literally said, ‘Breathe. We’ll get you fixed up.’ She helped me get same-day SR22 insurance and filed everything with the DMV while I was still sitting there. The monthly SR22 premium wasn’t nearly as bad as I feared — actually fit my budget. I walked out feeling protected, not punished. Saved their number in case any of my friends mess up like I did.
