Whenever I e-mail or call his office, he is very quick in responding and providing all the important and necessary information. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok with me and my family and that our needs are met. He is very professional, but friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and well connected. He can quickly and easily set me up with any competitive service I need for a situation Im experiencing. The topic of "insurance coverage" can be complicated and daunting, but Jeff breaks it down into easily understandable tidbits. He makes sure Im taking advantage of all the cost-saving opportunities available to me...every time!

Jeff has been able to keep my house insured thru top rated companies, and has kept me out of the CA insurance plan. Thats huge! He called me the day of the Camp Fire to assure me I was insured and then followed up and was the first person to tell me he thought my house had survived the fire! He puts up with my inquiries and makes sure that we review my coverage to ensure Im covered should there ever be another catastrophe! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS TEAM!!
