Bennett Hauser I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.

Emily Panfilo employee rosanna, was rude and uninviting, didnt display items nicely or help with conversation. I had asked to view saftey chains and she had me kneel down besdae a display counter and viw them instead of bringing them up to me.

Oscar Flores Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

Ninoska Castrillo This location has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually nice, and store clean. We came in today and Sarah and a nice lady in a Grey sweater welcomed me immediately at the same time. I came to just try sizing out and ended up finding the exact ring I was looking for at a great price for my fiancée. He loved it and Sarah made the entire process extremely positive and seamless. All questions were answered and she even noticed when we were nervous about buying and showed patience and willingness to understand. I havent been proud to buy from a jeweler in a long time time. My fiancée and I left very happy thank you Sarah! P.s. Corporate PLEASE take notice to how someone like Sarah and the staff here connect to the people here the best they can.

Vanessa Gutierrez This afternoon my family and I came into the store and had a great experience with Lauren. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service! She is the only reason I returned to purchase another bracelet for my daughters and the reason I’m rating the 5 stars. To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Your staff was providing great service and the way you spoke to her in front of us and other customers was uncalled for. Great job Lauren! You are a great representation of what Pura Vida is.

I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules and even staying late after closing to meet with us. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout the design process, with excellent communication as we went back-and-forth until the ring was just right. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and I love how the radiant-cut and emerald-cut combination makes it look so custom—the pavé diamonds add a perfect touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. We weren’t expecting him to finish in time, but he pleasantly surprised us by completing it for our 20th anniversary! Plus, he’s currently sizing up my other ring so I can wear it on my right hand. As the owner of the shop, Jeff really spends quality time with each customer, which is why he’s rated the number one jeweler in all of San Joaquin. He’s also the only certified gemologist appraiser in the county. Being a family-owned and operated business, you can tell they’ve been in business for a long time by the care they take with everyone. Highly recommend!
