1 /5 Rajan Arora: I just spoke with one of your team members, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The person I spoke to was very rude and told me that they do not have time, providing a name that sounded like “K garry.” When I asked why he was being so rude, he simply replied, “No time, we are not accepting any new cases. Bye.” I understand if your firm is not taking new cases at the moment, but I believe there is always a way to communicate with basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience has left a very negative impression about the firm.

My family has had an ongoing case with this firm for over five years, and unfortunately, our experience has been deeply disappointing. Throughout this time, it felt as though their primary focus was on collecting fees rather than actively working on our case. Attempts to contact the attorney were consistently unsuccessful—calls and messages often went unanswered. The only times we received a response were after expressing significant frustration, at which point the attorney would reach out seemingly to deescalate the situation and retain us as clients, rather than to address the matter at hand. I strongly advise anyone considering this or any legal firm to thoroughly review all documents before signing. In our case, the attorney selectively reviewed only the portions of the agreement that were favorable to them, omitting key details such as hidden fees and unexplained charges that were buried in the paperwork. Please proceed with caution and do your due diligence before entering into any legal agreement
