Estate planning is a little weird - we dont really want to think about our own demise. I will say this though, as tedious, and weird as estate planning may be, it is an essential part of good financial planning. We made an appointment for an initial consultation and met with Joseph, an attorney in their office. We certainly got an education! Joseph has a remarkable ability to summarize the complexities of probate law into terminology that we could understand, and he explained things in a very practical manner which removed the weirdness of estate planning. By the end of that first meeting, we were very comfortable working with the firm, and Joseph.
