Bruce helped us negotiate the best deal for our case in court and looked out for our best interest given the circumstances in today’s times with tenants having more right over your property. His staff answered calls and emails promptly and were very gracious when times got frustrating for us. He came highly recommended and l his professionalism was great.

Around 2008, I was stuck in court with my buffoon attorney for the entire day and watched all the cases come before the judge. I was so impressed with how well Bruce handled his clients cases that I asked for his business card and have been using him ever since. In addition to being very knowledgeable in tenant/landlord law he is very responsive to answering questions and overseeing his office. Speaking of his office staff, Lynelle is the best proof reader around, if you made a mistake on any notice, it will not get passed her.

Ive been engaged in the property management business since around 2001 and was introduced to Bruce and an associate of his as they were teaching a property management certification class at the time. I gleaned a lot of useful and eye opening information from the class thats assisted me in providing excellent service to my clients over the past couple decades. Fortunately it was so good that we havent had to utilize eviction services much over the years unless it was new clients that had pre-existing tenant issues. Between Bruce and his associate from another firm we have never lost an unlawful detainer (eviction) case. I continue to use Menke Law Firm and refer them to exacerbated potential clients who are at their wits end with problem tenants and theyve never let us down. Some may feel theyre robotic or unprofessional however I believe this is a mistake as assertiveness and knowledge/experience of the law allows them to cut through and get to the meat of a given case. Ultimately they are lawyers not psychologists and need to focus on the pertinent details rather than the minutia or everything a tenant may have put you through. This is beneficial to the client in the long run as they bill by the hour!
