5 /5 Nieves Webb: We adopt two of my grandchildren in the Philippines, adoption was approved in the Philippines and i filed a petition for both children no lawyers involved, it took us more than 4 years to wait and still we did not receive any decision, we definitely need to hire a lawyer, we found Attorney Angela Warren through goggle, her reviews was excellent so we are excited to asked her help, Angela and her team was knowledgeable, with their help we filed a writ of mandamus, petition was denied and we appeal the case, April 2025 we were on vacation in the Philippines, we received an email from USCIS stating that the petition was approved and visa will be expedited through US embassy in Manila due to one of the kids will turn 18 years old in less than 120 days, it was a perfect timing that we were in Philippines, both children got their immigrant visa and now they are with us in the states. They provided timely guidance in filling out my documents and were always attentive with answering my questions with patience and clarity. I submitted my I-130 petition and I-485 adjustment of status application in September of 2024 and by February 2025, I received my approval letter. Shortly after I received both my Social Security card and Green Card. Wait times vary for each case, but for me it was surprisingly fast. The entire experience was really smooth and they always made me feel supported. I’m really happy with the outcome and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of immigration assistance.
