1 /5 BrittanyKJackson: I am highly disappointed in the services received from this firm. Taken on as a client residing in another County, there was no concerted effort to ensure that I had the direct, in-person support I needed to pursue legal action against a major educational institution. Further, I felt dissuaded from meeting before the institutions’ governing body to defend the false claims made against me that led to my termination. I felt this was a matter of convenience for the firm, instead of helping me to fight and speak truth to power when it really counted. In this instance, I was advised to settle as it would result in a similar outcome, whether I spoke to the governing body or not. I also felt dissuaded from filing a lawsuit or going to the media with my concerns. With the amount of effort and documentation I put into this matter, I truly believe that I could have obtained a better outcome on my own and saved money. I would not recommend this firm or lawyer if you’re looking to make a difference or seek resolve, especially in matters involving workplace discrimination.
