James Plant I have been fortunate that I have not needed much legal advice in my life, so I have no basis for comparison really. Estate planning is a little weird - we dont really want to think about our own demise. I will say this though, as tedious, and weird as estate planning may be, it is an essential part of good financial planning. Joseph has a remarkable ability to summarize the complexities of probate law into terminology that we could understand, and he explained things in a very practical manner which removed the weirdness of estate planning.
